Metronome Ballroom Dance Center owners/instructors Linda Salles and Pavel Vodicka have many years experience as professional dancers and teachers.
Pavel, a dancer in his homeland of Czechoslovakia, has competed in many major contests all over the world and was in the finals of the World Championships in Germany. He was also the top teacher at the Yankee Classic, the biggest Dancesport Championship in New England.
Linda has successfully competed in many major competitions in the USA, including the United States Dancesport Championships and the Ohio Star Ball.
Both Linda and Pavel have taught dancing for many years and studied with numerous well known coaches.

Metronome Ballroom Dance Center offers private lessons, where you will get 100% personal attention from your teacher and practice parties, where you just dance and have fun with your new dance steps.

We teach American Style Smooth and Rhythm, International Style Standard and Latin dances:

Metronome Ballroom Dance Center is open Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:15pm and we will schedule private lessons at your convenience. Saturday lessons are available by appointment. Practice Parties are every other Friday and one Saturday each month.
