To say that we don't understand the origin of this categorization would be disingenuous. The spirited locations (Falmouth and Plymouth), eclectic dcor, vibrant lighting, extensive wine lists and contemporary menu unquestionably meld to provide Roobar with an atmosphere many associate with areas metropolitan.
But in reality, Roobar is an amalgamation of all things Cape Cod. A unique atmosphere conceptualized and created by locals whose provincial influences are never lost in their work.
