JAMES D. KELLEHER, of Uxbridge, has been hired as a Property Manager for Salisbury Management, Inc., in Boylston. SMIs services have expanded to include additional condominium complexes which Jim will oversee and manage. Jim has been a licensed Realtor since 1998 and was the former owner of Noonan Real Estate in Mendon and more recently he was the Property/Facilities Manager for ERA Key Realty Services in Whitinsville. He is currently a member of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Jim and his wife, Lori, with their daughter Shannon have been residents of Uxbridge since 1997.

Andrew P. Mazurka, Maintenance Manager for Salisbury Management, located in Boylston, MA,started out as a framing carpenter for a Sutton Construction Company before joining SMI where hewas initially maintenance specialist, working himself up to Manager of the Maintenance Department .
Andy is detail and service oriented, instructing his workers to always meet the standards he has set andto excel in everything they do. The nature of his job requires that Andy always be on call, with his staff, to respond to the many emergency calls requiring immediate attention. As a result, Andy continuously receives high praises and testimonials for excellence in maintenance and technical service from the various owners of the hundreds of residential units managed by SMI, a company that manages large condominium complexes.
