Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (SNRC) is a long term care facility where skilled nursing care, hospice care, respite care, rehabilitation care and sub-acute health care are carried out within a warm, friendly family setting. The Center is an enjoyable place to be, with lots of stimulating activities to take part in from morning to evening. The Center is a safe environment for long term care that hastens healing and facilitates adapting to new life conditions. This high-level of customized care and medical support has been our hallmark for over 40 years.
Family owned and operated, Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers a unique blending of professionalism and a down-home feeling. Under the direction of our medical director, our caring nurses and nurses aides, activities director, therapists and hired entertainers make it possible to accomplish three keystones of successful nursing and rehabilitation service: respect a patients dignity, foster independence and produce the required results to successfully progress through rehabilitation.

Although easily accessible by major highways from the hustle and bustle of the city of Worcester and towns such as Shrewsbury, Grafton, North Grafton, Worcester, Marlboro, Northborough, Boylston and West Boylston, Shrewsbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides the ideal venue for highly skilled long term care or short term rehabilitation care for our patients in a more rural setting. To ensure patient quality of life, we also offer everyone a wealth of activities to choose from, or a quiet corner in which to read, watch a favorite television show or visit with family and friends.
