I would like to take the time to especially thank you Fred for what you did to help me and my family. I will never forget how you assisted me with getting a new boiler by contacting my bank. I don’t think you know just how much that touched me. I was at a point where I felt that all hope was gone, but you allowed me to see that it definitely takes a community to reach out and assist. You didn’t have to do it…but you did. I am so grateful.

“Hi Mike. In December, I had my oil tank replaced by your company. I think it is a good idea to pass along why I went to Niccoli Bros over your competition for the replacement of my tank. You came out to inspect the tank to see what needed to be done. Your competition (will not mention name) said they were too busy to come out and that the quote they give over the phone “usually” stands. They went on to say that if there are any problems, they will address them at that point and the cost could go up. Your quote was firm.
