Tri-County Medical Associates is a large multi-specialty group practice with an emphasis on primary care. Our mission is to provide healthcare services to all individuals in our community with dignity, compassion and respect.
Now in its eighteenth year of operation, Tri-County Medical's physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners practice primary and specialty medicine in twenty-two office locations within Bellingham, Franklin, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Medway, Mendon, Milford and Whitinsville.

Primary Care Providers:
Internal Medicine Physicians attend to the total healthcare needs of adult men and women.
Family Practitioners are trained to care for all members of your family from newborns to adults in their elder years.
Adolescent Health Physicians offer primary healthcare and specialty care for adolescents and young adults ages 11-23.
Pediatricians specialize in the care of children from birth to the age of eighteen.

Our primary hospital affiliation is Milford Regional Medical Center.
Tri-County Medical Associates, as part of the Milford Regional Healthcare System, is affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Milford Regional is a teaching hospital for UMass residents.
Tri-County Medical Associates is part of the Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. network (PCHI).
