Carole Rako is a clinical social worker with 36 years experience and extensive training. As a marriage counselor she is certified as a "Divorce Buster" and in PREP (Prevention & Relationship Enhancement Program.) Carole has advanced training in EMDR (for healing trauma and utilizing inner resources), in Solution Focused Therapy, as well as Inner Child Therapy.

I believe that effective therapy should focus on: emotions, cognitive understanding, behavior change and be geared toward results. I use humor whenever appropriate.
