We are currently exploring a new marketing program using web and local area advertising to maintain yearly growth and increasedrevenue. With a portion of this revenue we plan to add several features and services to help assist our current client base and attract new customers.

This website is currently under construction and is changing weekly as we try different layouts and features. In the future we plan to have sections that cover areas like frequently asked questions, advice and tips to prolong the life of machinery and a public forum for mechanics and industry minds to share ideas, tricks of the trade and ask or answer questions on any and all machinery applications.

In the future we also intend to have a page for links to our favorite and reputable business affiliates ranging from parts and supply vendors to service and new product sales establishments. In this industry it can be beneficial to have many options for parts and supplies as well as other shops to refer work to and consult with if needed.

Hours of service
Our shop hours vary depending on the season, however, regardless of the season we are always open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and as a convenience for customers we are open Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am to accept and release machinery. For our customers convenience we will try to accommodate their after hours needs and remain open for drop-offs and pick-ups by appointment.
Heights Small Engine Repair is conveniently located off Route 28 in Mashpee in the Mashpee Industrial Park. We also offer machine pick-ups for service and deliveries once the service or repairs are completed for those who do not have the ability or transportation to get machine to our repair shop or for clients who are just pressed for time. There is a nominal fee for this service

When dropping a machine off for service we do not require an appointment so feel free to come by the shop with your machine and we will gladly unload it from your vehicle and log the machine and customer information. We always have plenty of free coffee for our guests and will gladly take the time to explain things like procedure, estimated cost and estimated time of completion.

For customers who need their machines picked up for service we do have to schedule a date and time that works with our crew and also meets our customers agenda. After hours pick-ups and deliveries are also an option for those who are unable to meet the daytime schedule. We are usually pretty flexible and understanding when it comes to time.

To the right we have a list of a few of the different brands we service however it is not limited to those brands. We will gladly service any brand machine and have the resources to obtain parts for most brands and applications.
