Work Opportunity Center, Inc. (WOC, Inc.) is a private, non-profit organization headquartered in Agawam, Massachusetts. WOC, Inc. provides vocational training, employment opportunities and employment for individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities as well as those who are economically disadvantaged. Work Opportunity Center, Inc. has also been supplying a dependable work force to regional employers since 1969.

WOC, Inc. provides a workplace where individuals are supervised, trained and employed. In addition, we assist individuals with obtaining competitive employment in the community and are a day program provider for the Department of Developmental Services, the Department of Transitional Assistance, Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission and School Systems.
