Dr. Frasca has been caring for patients with peripheral vascular disease for more than two decades. His experience as a general and vascular surgeon, with a strong primary sub-specialty in venous disease, has allowed him to treat a wide range of vascular conditions, from varicose veins to venous ulcerations. Dr. Frasca is a long time Massachusetts resident, graduating from the Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and serving an internship and residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Brighton. Dr. Frasca has also served as chief resident of general and vascular surgery at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and senior clinical instructor at Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Frasca is certified by the American Board of Surgery, is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of the New England Society of Vascular Surgery, American Medical Association, Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, Middlesex Medical Society, and the Massachusetts Medical Society. As past Chief of Surgery at Norwood Hospital, he is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and has clinical appointments at Norwood Hospital, Eastern Massachusetts Surgery Center and Good Samaritan Hospital. Dr. Frasca strives to remain current in his field through participation in specialty conferences and peer to peer discussions that provide insight into the latest techniques and treatment options.
