Mediation is a cost-effective alternative to divorce litigation. This process provides an opportunity for couples to confidentially negotiate the terms of their divorce agreement or post-divorce modifications. As a mediator, Attorney Scibelli will act as a neutral and work with the parties in developing workable solutions to issues divorcing couples face such as custody, parenting plans, support and property division. Couples may choose to resolve all issues through mediation or they may select a specific issue, such as crafting a parenting plan, to focus on with the mediator.
