I have been a professional psychic for over 20 years, and use a combination of intuition, energy healing and therapeutic techniques to help you understand yourself at deeper and deeper levels. My 

background includes training in Psychosynthesis and Systems Centered Therapy (a mindfulness technique), Full Spectrum Healing, Reiki, and other vibrational healing techniques.

I think my greatest gift as 

a healer is to really see people at the soul level. Spending an hour talking to your soul can be a wonderful gift to yourself! I will spend a lot of the session talking to you about what is great about you, helping 

you connect to your soul and your life’s purpose. And of course talk to you about whatever issues are on your mind. I am above all else practical (for a psychic!) and my hope is that you leave your session 

with some useful ideas and tools to help you shift your life.  I also teach:

One of my special gifts as a psychic is in helping to train and empower Empaths and other psychics. Helping people understand and develop their own intuitive nature is really my calling. My favorite 

thing to do is empower people to accept and develop their psychic skills as the gift it truly is, since an untrained psychic nature can feel like a curse. Empathy can feel like your greatest weakness until we 

learn to manage it, and then it becomes our greatest strength.

I am the Dean of Students and also one of the lead teachers at the Rhys Thomas Institute of Energy Medicine.  This three-year program trains 

healers in: Full Spectrum healing techniques, advanced energy anatomy, psychological and spiritual assessment and diagnostic tools. The Healer Training Program is so much fun – and it’s really the fast 

track to personal and spiritual growth.

As well as being a psychic and a healer, I am also a black belt with 10 years of experience in Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate. Somehow I also seem to find time to manage 

a household with four kids, a husband, a dog and four cats.

Most of my healings are done with the client on a massage table, 

as I incorporate energy work into the sessions. The energy work is gentle and easy. You don’t get undressed for energy work. The energy work helps support you in releasing emotions during the healing 

and is also very gentle and relaxing. Each energy work session is different depending on what you need in the moment.

I generally do a combination of Reiki and Full Spectrum Healing.
