A cleanroom is an environment typically used in a variety of industries including medical, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotechnology, and healthcare manufacturing or scientific research. It has a low level of environmental pollutants such as dust, airborne microbes, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors. More accurately, a cleanroom has a controlled level of contamination that is specified by the number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size.

There can be many components to a cleanroom HVAC system, and they can be quite sophisticated. Control Point Mechanical (CPM) can help you with the design, engineering, service, and maintenance on this equipment to help keep your cleanroom in compliance.

Radiant Heat

Radiant heating warms a building differently than other conventional methods. Radiant heat energy is emitted from a warm element, such as a floor or overhead panel, and warms people and other objects in rooms rather than directly heating the air around them. The result is that the internal air temperature for radiant heated buildings may be lower than for a conventionally heated building to achieve the same level of body comfort. 

Control Point Mechanical (CPM) offers radiant heating service and installations when appropriate. These may include entryways, shipping/receiving areas, auto mechanic shops, and warehouse space.

Ductless Split HVAC Systems

Control Point Mechanical (CPM) installs and services ductless air conditioners, heat pumps, and split cooling systems. These state-of-the-art ductless systems are incredibly quiet and have the ability to cool different zones easily and efficiently. Ductless systems can be used in both residential and commercial settings.
