Ilya Libenzon is a registered US Patent Attorney and former Examiner with the USPTO; he holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Russian Chemical Technological University, with a specialization in Semiconductor Technology and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Patent Law. Ilya is admitted to the Massachusetts bar.

Ilya has over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor, materials science, nanotechnology, and process engineering fields. He has worked for a number of high tech companies ranging from a big defense contractor such as Raytheon to a small start-up LED manufacturer such as Luminus Devices.In his spare time he enjoys reading, jogging, playing soccer, and collecting bookplates.

Ilya is bilingual in English and Russian.
