I share my knowledge and practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dance / Movement Therapy with my clients. My unique ability to work with different ages stems from my life’s work with individuals with a variety of challenges. I understand and teach individuals how to work through their symptoms.
I specialize in cognitive therapy, movement therapy and play therapy. Personalizing the experience, as therapy may look different for each individual. Our work may be short or long-term, structured, open or goal-exploring, and may include a variety of therapy techniques such as Relational therapy, Movement therapy, or Cognitive Behavioral / mindfulness.
