Attorney Michael James Kelley opened his law practice in Boston , Massachusetts as a sole practitioner in 1994. His original office was located across the street from a veteran's shelter and he soon began building a strong relationship with the veterans handling both their Social Security and VA disability claims. Throughout the 1990s, his practice significantly increased in volume and sophistication moving to our current headquarters located adjacent to Boston 's historic Freedom Trail.

By 2001 Attorney Kelley's firm had significantly expanded,
almost exclusively specializing in disability law throughout all the
New England States and advertising as New England Disability.
Since 2001, New England Disability has become a premier legal firmhandling disability claims throughout the United States.
