Outstanding experience. The team is dedicated to customer satisfaction. I was warmly greeted, treated as if I was the most important customer, and I was there for a small repair for our '08 Odyssey that was hit in a parking lot. The team was thorough, spending time to explain the process, and what to expect for repairs. Very helpful in all aspects of the claim with the insurance company. Entire team was polite, kind, and friendly. This is an outstanding body shop. I would recommend the Hyannis Honda Auto Body shop without hesitation or any reservation. Simply, The Best.

Hassan was very helpful and patient when helping us purchase our used Honda CRV. He was able to answer all of our questions. He gave us precise information and put no pressure on us to buy. When dealing with paperwork and pick up times/services needed, Hassan called several times to check in to makes sure that we were understanding the whole process. Hassan even called us after we had purcased and picked up the car to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase.

I was received with courtesy and friendliness from the moment I walked in. All the facts about my transaction were explained to me completely in a way I understood the first time. Mr. Granite took me for a test ride and explained everything I needed to know as we rode along. When we were through, I felt very comfortable about driving this car. Mr. Granite made me a fresh cup of coffee while he attended, very professionally, to the paperwork. It took less time altogether than it does for me to buy a new pair of shoes. Dennis has been in touch with me twice already since I bought the car to check if everything was alright. No high pressure, but an effort to meet my needs. Respectful of my needs and my time. When the care couldn't be ready in time to meet my needs, they compensated me with a rental car. They did everything to make the experience positive. this is my second experience buying a used vehicle from this dealership, and the previous experience was equally satisfying. That time it was my daughter's first time buying her own car, and our representative said, "we just want to make this a good experience for her" that was 2 1/2 years ago, and we came back, and she's still happy with the car.

Our experience at Honda was fantastic! We had a fairly new Toyota and were not happy with the way we were being treated by Toyota. Our new Toyota was experiencing all the problems that later came to the headlines. We decided we did not feel safe in our Toyota. We looked at all the information available for new cars and found that the Honda Accord was the car for us.
When we got to Honda we were given all the time we needed and David W. had all the information and answered our questions and most importantly, he did not give us a "sales job". He was an honest man and we felt lucky to have found him again (he had sold us a car years ago). We were not rushed and we made the right decision for us. I love my Honda and feel it is a superior car to the Toyota Camry that we previously owned. The bottom line is that we were treated well and fair.

In my search for a late model, used car (that was not a Honda, by the way), I was unexpectedly taken on by a used car salesman named Chris Sinn @ Hyannis Honda. Mr Sinn searched many dealers for the specific vehicle that I was searching for. He also gave me a great price, fixed me up with a great financing, all in a professional manner.
A minor repair was needed after my purchase, Mr. sinn took care of it without any hassle, picked the vehicle up @ my job and returned it when completed with no affect on my day!

IT WAS JUST A NICE REFRESHING EXPERIANCE DEALING WITH REAL PROFESSIONALS. I WAS TREATED LIKE ONE OF THE FAMILY AND HAD WE BEEN THERE LONGER, IT WAS LIKE STAYING FOR DINNER.
