Seamless service. Our bikes were delivered and waiting at our house with locks as specified. We had said we didn't need helmets, but realized we forgot ours upon arrival. When we stopped by the next day they gave us a choice of about fifty helmets and had us on our way in under two minutes. Very friendly, reliable and great bikes. Highly recommended!
