Press your heel into the foam (Without Standing)
Press the ball of foot and toes into foam
Repeat the process for your other foot

Note: If your foot is too long for the box you may place it diagonally across the foam

Plantar Fascitis is the inflammation of the tendonesss band of tissue that attaches at the heel bone (calcaneus) of the medial(inside) part of the foot extending through the arch to the ball of the forefoot (metatarsals) and reattaches across the ball of the foot.
The purpose of the Plantar fascia is the stabilize the arch supporting the small flexible bones in the middle of the foot (cuneiforms) through range of motion.
