Students 3 - 5 years old start building confidence and discipline in a safe setting

Students age 8-12 develop confidence, discipline and learn self-defense

Teens & Adult Classes are offered at all levels from beginner to black belt

Night of 1,000 Kicks
Wednesday, 12/29, starting at 3:00pm interested students will challenge themselves to perform one thousand kicks. Donations to benefit FSMA.
