Superior's Sentinel range of generator sets are designed as standby power for the homeowner and light commercial user, but are equally suited for prime power applications in contracting or municipal use due to their extremely heavy duty industrial grade construction. Sentinel generators feature heavy duty water cooled industrial engines which are fully governed, include key operated electric start, battery charging alternators and automatic shutdowns for low oil pressure and high coolant temperature. Sentinel units have direct coupled, fully brushless, single bearing heavy duty alternators which are either electronically or compound regulated for excellent motor starting and extremely long service life. Sentinel units have a variety of optional accessories available to allow the product to be used as an automatic standby unit or a job site power unit.
