How We Help the Community Child & Family Services has been enhancing the lives of thousands of people in the Greater New Bedford area since 1843. We help children, adults, and families deal with tough times and struggles they face. We offer more than 20 programs and serve more than 13,000 people each year in Fall River, Hyannis, Lawrence and New Bedford.

As the years pass, we continue to evolve and develop along with the community’s ever-changing needs. Last year, we helped over 13,000 people with personal and family issues by providing professional and community training, and offering programs and services that reflect the current needs of our communities.

Without the help of generous people, we are not able to provide such services and programs to thousands of children and adults in Southeastern Massachusetts. With your help, children can reach goals and see hope for their future while others can overcome obstacles and turn their lives around.
