Are you new to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)? DBT is helpful in managing impulsive, self destructive behaviors. It will teach clients to better control attention, emotions, and behaviors. DBT also helps clients improve their ability to communicate their needs to others. It teaches specific survival strategies for managing crises or situations that cannot be changed. Our clients learn how to find joy and a sense of transcendence.
