Central Station received a panic alarm signal from one of our medical customers in Marlborough, MA. The police were already on scene when we dispatched. Upon follow up it was reported that there was an emergency situation but all was resolved.

Central Station received a front door burglar alarm signal from one of our residential customers in South Boston, MA. The Police Department was dispatched. Upon follow up an actual break was reported.The door had been kicked in but nothing had been taken.

Central Station received a medical alarm from one of our multi-tenant customers in Medford, MA. The Fire Department was dispatched. Upon follow up it was reported that there was an ambulance transport to the Melrose/Wakefield hospital.

Central Station received a flood alarm signal from one of our residential customers in Hampton Falls, NH. Mrs. called in, they had a heater fail which caused the water leak. They shut the water off and will have contractor in on Monday to repair/replace it. She was advised to call us when they are done to check the reset on the flood detector.

Central Station received a fire pull-station signal from one of our manufacturing customers in Bedford, MA. The Fire department was dispatched. Upon follow up it was reported that they were still on scene fighting a dumpster fire.

Central Station received a fire alarm signal from one of our storage customers in Westwood, MA. The Fire Department was dispatched. Upon follow up it was reported that the fire was caused by a water surge.

Central Station received a fire alarm signal from one of our telecommunications customers in Wilmington, MA. The Fire Department was dispatched. The responder stated there was a small fire. Upon follow-up the Fire Department confirmed there was a "cardboard fire".

Central Station received a carbon monoxide alarm signal from one of our residential customers in Paxton, MA: Homeowner had already contacted 911. Customer was advised to step outside until the Fire Department arrived. Upon follow up it was reported that a small fire in the garage was discovered. The Fire Department called in later to say they were very impressed by our response time.
