Nestled in the MAssachusetts, COnnecticut and New York hills, MACONY is an established pediatric practice that has provided compassionate, comprehensive care to the children and adolescents of our Berkshire communities since 1976. We pride ourselves on maintaining long-term relationships with our families and our communities. We have been innovative by embracing electronic medical technology yet we have maintained our tradition of always having one of our staff personally answer every phone call. We are committed to remaining current in the medical care we provide. We work closely with specialists at referral centers while managing your care locally. We have expanded our practice to include other areas of care such as behavioral pediatrics. Many years ago, we introduced open access scheduling (which allows patients to come in the same day they call) in recognition of the time constraints of our patients and their parents. In order to accomodate them further, we offer evening and weekend hours. We strive to keep the balance in primary care pediatrics, both with our innovations and our traditions.

Dr. Heilig will be out of the office beginning August 20, 2009 for an extended period of time. She will be having orthopedic surgery. She hopes to return to work September 2010. Please feel free to speak with the staff if you have any questions.
