Weather you use your architect or our plans, Brouillard Construction helps develop a design to fit your needs, meet your expectations, and exceed your desires. We provide design consultation, from the structure, to its position on the land, driveway approach, material choices, and color pallets that will compliment your vision.

The Right Materials Brouillard Construction provides samples of every material that is used in your custom home construction. Some of the materials you will be able to examine are roof shingles, siding, windows and doors, flooring, cabinetry, bath fixtures, lighting fixtures, finish carpentry molding, and shelving material. You can compare materials and their costs, learn about the pros and cons of each in determining which are right for your project.

A Detailed Budget A line item estimate is given reflecting your design, and material choices. The estimate will show in detail where your dollars are going and a time line for completing the project. Weekly updates showing the financial expenditures of the project allow for tracking expenses as they occur and continuously show the financial status of the project.
