Growing Years Developmental and Educational Learning Center began when two young people, advanced in their fields and aware of children's wants and needs, decided that this warranted a special school of this type. Setting high standards in seeking a highly qualified staff and locating an appropriate facility became our first priorities. Our present facility, with its agricultural zoning, conforms to our philosophy that children can better learn and grow through nature's own environment.
The aims of our program are to teach and develop each child as fully as possible in their socio-educational development. We want to provide a totally individualized program. Each child will be able to progress at a comfortable rate without pressure. The physical, social, and emotional growth precedes the intellectual growth in order of importance. Our goals are to have each child make new friends, get along with others, develop educational and motor skills, along with learning to love and grow.
We are a completely qualified and approved nursery, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten through the State Office for Children.

Our teachers are responsible for planning and carrying out the curriculum. Through monthly meetings with the Educational Director, we will develop monthly newsletters to keep the parents abreast of our upcoming activities. Progress Reports and Parent Teacher meetings are done twice a year to formally inform the parents of their child's progress.
