My name is Michelle Sacco Massaro, and I am that attorney. I handle all matters related to Family Law, those area include matters of divorce, modification of prior Orders and Judgments, visitation, child custody, child support and paternity; and I help young families plan for their future with individually tailored estate planning documents.

As a trained conciliator, I can work with both parties to come to a mutually satisfying agreement outside of litigation, or, if litigation is necessary, represent a single party in courtroom proceedings.
Child custody and support: I provide compassionate representation in all aspects of child custody and support matters, including establishing custody, support payments, visitation, modifications and guardianships. I also assist clients with parental relocation matters.
Estate planning: In addition to the family law services I provide, I help families think through their priorities and establish clear estate planning documents that meet their objectives. I assist with the creation of wills, estates, health care proxies and durable powers of attorney.
