Frame & Picture Shoppe celebrated its 14th Anniversary in 2010. Kimberley Breil, CPF, has been framing for 26 years. Kimberley is a member of the Professional Picture Framer's Association where she became a judge in 2001 for the New England Chapter, and is an Accredited Judge for International Framing Competitions. She is also a member of the American Craft Council and Embroiderer's Guild of America. Kimberley was voted Valley Advocate Readers Poll, Best of Valley in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and Best of Springfield, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.
