The Collared Scholar is the premier, positive-based Dog Training School in Northampton, Massachusetts. We offer a variety of services including group training classes, behavior consultations for non-aggression related issues, as well as phone consultations.
Our philosophy is simple - strengthen the human-canine bond by embracing the natural spirit of the dog and teaching them how to live respectfully with their human family. We believe that good communication, positive training methods, and a heavy dose of compassion, love, and patience (and maybe a sense of humor, too!) is the key to forming a long and happy life together!
