Welcome to Best Way BJJ. We are a team focused on the formation of martial artists from the pee-wee to the professional MMA fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor. Our main schools are located in Rockland, MA and Danbury, CT and we offer a complete package for you and your family: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Self-Defense and others.
