There is no charge for initial consultations, and interested individuals are invited to contact me by phone or e-mail to discuss whether my services are needed.
As a solo practitioner I offer unique services to my clients, including extended hours and house-calls. My clients choose whether to consult with me over the phone, at my office in Waltham, or at their own home, assisted living location or nursing facility.
As an elder law specialist, I am able to devote the necessary time and resources to stay current in this ever changing Medicaid landscape. I help clients navigate the process of planning for long term care and applying for Medicaid benefits. I am also available to help pick up the pieces when proper planning has not been done or when applicants are denied Medicaid benefits.
