Please be prepared to pay for your session if you do not give 24 hours notice of cancellation.

After a session, clients tell me they feel a deep calm and
sense of peace with themselves and the world and,
depending on their life circumstances,
the deep peaceful state lasts up to a week.

I have been practicing massage and energy work for 20 years,
the last 10 years on Martha's Vineyard. I love this work and
every day I thank divine providence for leading me into this profession.

My initial training was at the Minneapolis School of Massage(MSM).
At MSM I studied Esalen and sports massage, as well as infant, pre-natal,
joint and pressure point massage. Sports massage is a very deep and
muscle specific type of massage. Esalen massage is characterized
by a more flowing, whole body, deeply relaxing style.
I have since studied Reiki, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral Therapy,
Healing Touch, Therapeutic Touch, Process Acupressure, Reflexology,
Massage Cupping and Acupressure Facelift .
My massage style is a blend of all these modalities.
