Safe Driving Law goes into effective September 30, 2010
the State of Massachusetts has implimented the new Safe Driving Law.
The heart of this legislation is a ban on texting while driving. The link

Commissioner's Plan to Eliminate the Surcharge Appeals
Board is Dropped!
Surcharge Appeals save drivers hundreds of dollars a year, but the insurance
Commissioner intended to take it away. This agency along with many
