What we are:
Capuano Care is a full-service, multi-faceted home health care agency serving clients and the medical community throughout Hampden and Hampshire Counties since 1996.

Capuano Care is made up of two components:

Capuano Home Health Care, Inc. a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health care agency providing reimbursable in-home medical, therapeutic and rehabilitative care.

Capuano Private Home Care, Inc. providing a full range of private pay services for clients requiring in-home assistance but not qualified for traditional insurance coverage.

Because Capuano Care offers both certified and private-pay care we can provide a seamless transition as a patient's medical needs change. And as a Medicare/Medicaid certified agency, all of our employees meet a higher standard than found at many home health care agencies.
