The company is a small, family-owned and operated firm founded in Hudson in 1984. TLS&EC is a full-service firm, specializing in
site engineering projects. From raw land to approved plans, TLS&EC has the experience and expertise to carry a project through all
phases of the planning, design, approval, and construction process.

TLS&EC is a member of the Assabet Valley Chamber of Commerce, and celebrated the grand opening of our new our new offices by hosting an After Five in Spring, 2006.
In summer, 2006, all of our field personnel completed OSHA Safety Training Certification course.
In fall/winter, 2006, TLS&EC began the construction layout survey work for the new "Highland Commons" Hotel and Retail site on Route 62 in Hudson.
In 2006 TLS&EC completed over 250 new projects all over Massachusetts, from Ashby to Yarmouth!
