Pastor Ron Satrape, Senior Pastor TLG
Pastor Ron Satrape, founder of In the Lead Ministries, empowers ministry teams for Great Harvest. Pastor Ron has been involved in pastoral ministry for 25 years.
Pastor Ron specializes in the area of leadership development of pastors, staff and leaders. He has a passion for prayer and discipleship. Pastor Ron has been effective in developing small group ministries as a foundation for leadership growth and development. As an apostolic leader, Ron likes to see leaders raised up within the local church and released into fulltime ministry. Rons motivational and dynamic style of communication ignites people to rise up to new levels, while his down to earth sense of humor is disarming and refreshing.
Pastor Ron has been married for over 31 years to his wife, Denise, who currently pastors one the churches in his apostolic oversight. They have four grown children and two grandchildren.
