Since 1989 Hearing Care Center has provided state of the art comprehensive hearing healthcare services, including:
Repair services for all hearing aids are available as well as assistive listening and signaling devices, batteries and other accessories. HCC also provides resources for many other aspects of the management of hearing loss.
Hearing Care Center Staff
Paul Milner, PhD, CCC-A, is the principal practitioner at Hearing Care Center and is a Massachusetts-licensed Clinical Audiologist. Dr. Milner is a Board Certified Audiologist® and he holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), and the Academy of Dispensing Audiologists (ADA).
Judy Learner Nichols joined the staff of Hearing Care Center in October, 2007 following more than 20 years as a sales and training representative for a major hearing aid manufacturer. Her expertise in fitting and fine tuning digital hearing aids and working with people make her a perfect addition to our office.
Kim Marie Nicols has extensive experience working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, primarily in the fields of social work and education. She is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and is a Massachusetts State Screened Oral Interpreter. She joined Hearing Care Center in December 2007
Ione G. Milner, MSW, BCD, a Massachusetts-licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) provides counseling services, when needed to facilitate adjustment to hearing loss in individuals and families.
Phyllis T. Cohen, Hearing Care Associate, brings extensive experience in client services and business management in assisting the professional staff with a wide variety of tasks.
Rose Milner, Hearing Care Associate, assists Phyllis in office management, brings in all kinds of baked goods, provides lunch for the crew.
