RANI is a private practice group of physicians, specializing in the practice of diagnostic radiology. All phases of general diagnostic radiology are offered. Our private office, located in the Guild professional building, 825 Washington Street, Norwood, provides X-ray, bone densitometry, and ultrasound services. Immediately adjacent to this suite, is our Women's Imaging Center, providing accredited digital mammography. In a separate office, also in the Guild building, as part of a joint venture with Caritas Norwood hospital, we offer out-patient CAT scanning and MRI services. Each of our MRI facilities have 1.5 Tesla magnets, providing the very best technology available.
Radiology Associates also offers out-patient PET-CT scanning in conjunction with Caritas. This enables our patients to have access to the very latest technological advances in the comfort and convenience of their own community.
The office personnel, both clerical and technical, are highly trained and motivated. RANI technologists are licensed by the state and are certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. The clerical staff is dedicated to providing our patients with the most professional, courteous and timely services possible.
Radiology Associates of Norwood provides full-time coverage of Caritas Norwood Hospital imaging services, which include general diagnostic X-ray, ultrasound, CAT scanning, MRI, angiography, nuclear medicine, stereotactic biopsy procedures, as well as other image guided interventions. Currently digital mammography is only available at the office site.
We also provide radiology coverage for the Caritas Foxboro medical clinic, in Foxboro, MA. Out-patient X-ray, mammography, ultrasound and CAT scan are offered at thie site.
All of our full-time staff radiologists are board certified. Many have additional certifications in Neuroradiology. All of our physicians have training in the various subspecialties of diagnostic radiology.
