Atlantic Homes is a well-established New England based Modular Home Builder specializing in custom designed modular structures of unsurpassed quality and design. Working in conjunction with EPOCH Homes, an award winning premier modular manufacturer, Atlantic has two offices to serve you, one in Needham and one on Martha’s Vineyard, proudly bringing its decades of experience and excellence in products and services to the entire Eastern MA region.

We are one of the few truly custom modular builders in the country and as such can build from your plans or ours. Or you may browse through the thousands of homes we have built. In essence, each of these custom homes is a standard plan that you may use as a starting point to designing your own dream home. You won’t find this with any other modular manufacturer, as they typically will limit you to a dozen or so standard plans. Since we are true custom builders, we can build from any plan!
