Englander Chiropractic Center has been serving individuals and families in the greater Boston area since 2002.
In over 16 years of practice, Dr. Nina has fine-tuned her skills as a health and wellness practitioner, teacher, and listener. Her approach to healing is a unique blend; using adjustments, nutrition, and detoxification as her main modes of care to honor the individual needs of each person.
Using various chiropractic techniques, Dr. Nina can easily, quickly and accurately locate and correct interferences in the body. These corrections are called adjustments and are done gently either by hand or with a low-force adjusting instrument.
Dr. Ninas mission is to help balance the body from the structural to the cellular level. She understands that the body should be able to heal itself, and her work is a catalyst to help the body work more efficiently so it can heal more efficiently. Whether through her direct, hands-on work with people or her guidance and educational programs and materials, Nina helps the whole person, whether their challenges are structural, or nutritional or stress-related. (Most issues are a combination.)
We recommend adjustments for kids to balance their bodies, whether they are healthy and want to stay that way, or if they have a physical complaint (ie. headaches, asthma, digestive problems, frequent colds) or problems of a different nature (ie. difficulty focusing, learning challenges). Adjusting allows a childs nervous systems to remain free of interference, thus allowing it to work better. The expression goes, As the twig is bent, so grows the tree. Checking children regularly allows them to have that tree grow straight and strong. The research supports children getting regular chiropractic care to allow their bodies to be the amazing healers they were meant to be!
