Welcome! The World of Learning is a licensed child care center, which has been serving families in Burlington and the surrounding area since 1982. We provide year round care for children from 2 months old to 5 years old (Kindergarten Age). We also offer a Summer and School Vacation Week Program for children who are in Public Kindergarten.The children are grouped by age and ability in four spacious rooms. The center is fully air conditioned. Located outside to the rear of the facility is a large well equipped fenced in play area.

Full Day Schedule ~ We offer a full day (10 hour maximum) schedule for children in our Infant, Toddler, Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten Programs. Children may attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week during the school year, summer only or year round.
Part Day Schedule ~ We offer a 6.5 hour schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM for children in our Infant, Toddler, Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten Programs. Children may attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week during the school year, summer only, or year round.
Morning Program ~ We offer a 3 hour morning program from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon for children in the Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten Programs. Children may attend 2,3,4 or 5 days per week during the school year, for the summer, or both. We follow Burlington's school year calendar for this program and offer an 8 week summer program.
Kindergarten Program ~ For children enrolled in Public Kindergarten, we offer care during school vacation weeks as well as a Summer Program. For both of these Kindergarten Programs, parents choose the days they would like their children to attend and are billed at a daily rate (maximum of 10 hours per day).
