California is experiencing its worst Whooping Cough outbreak in the last 50 years. Nine infants under the age of 3 months have died so far this year. Whooping Cough remains a common and potentially serious disease. Make sure that your child's whooping cough vaccine is up to date.

Major recall of McNeil brand Children's and Infant Liquid medicines: McNeil Consumer Healthcare has announced that it is recalling its liquid Tylenol, Motrin, Zyrtec, and Benadryl products. A press release issued by the company states, "This recall is not being undertaken on the basis of adverse medical events. However, as a precautionary measure, parents and caregivers should not administer these products to their children."
