For over forty years Pilotte’s Transport Refrigeration Service, Inc. has been the vendor of choice for transport refrigeration equipment users in Southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod and Rhode Island.
We repair and carry parts for all major brands. We sell all major brands and provide warranty service on all that we sell. We insulate vans and truck bodies.

Our service department is well equipped with the tools, parts and knowledge to get you up and running. Our techs average over twenty years of experience in the transport refrigeration repair field. You’ll never pay for on the job training here. We track repair history to help provide you with timely maintenance and to avoid a breakdown at a critical time.

We have a wide variety of temperature controlled storage options available. Since 1980 we have responded to customer demand by designing a collection of equipment that should fill any need.
We have small 8-foot mini-trailers that can be towed by customers behind a full sized pickup truck. We offer 20-foot containers that are ideal for restaurants and retail stores. We can provide 45-foot trailers for dock level use with pallet loading.

All of our rental equipment comes with no charge maintenance. We have our own fleet of service trucks and techs on call 24-7-365. We have our own large stock of parts for our equipment. We take pride in maintaining our fleet in such a way as to provide maximum dependability.
All of our equipment automatically heats or cools to maintain your product in a tight band at the temperature you need. Whether you store flowers or ice cream we can supply the equipment you need.
