We are a caring community dedicated to the free and open search for spiritual meaning and growth. We come together in the spirit of mutual caring and respect to celebrate life, offer service, and work for a better world. We are rich in diversity with members of all ages and life-styles. We aspire to provide a welcoming home to all who join us in pursuing justice, tolerance, and compassion with respect for the inherent worth and dignity of every person. As a self-governing democratic organization, our members have an equal voice in all decision making.
We welcome families of all shapes and sizes. Child care is available in our Nursery for babies and toddlers. Older children are welcome to visit our Sunday School classes where parents are always welcome. As Unitarian Universalists we believe that religious education is a life long process, as each of us continues to grow and to realize the spiritual dimensions to our lives.
Social action outreach is an expression of our Unitarian Universalist principles in action. By addressing social justice issues at local, regional and global levels and by raising awareness within the church community, we strive to create a better world in which to live. Here are some of the ways we in which we live our values:
We welcome all people to our faith community without discrimination on the basis of race, gender, age, color, national origin, ethnic background, socioeconomic status, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity. In accordance with our Unitarian Universalist principles and purposes, we affirm the inherent worth and dignity of every person.
