Finn & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. has specialized in home inspections for over 20 years. The president, Drew Finn, has personally conducted over 11,000 inspections. Drew has inspected real estate in Western Mass and bordering towns in NY, CT and VT. Mr Finn has been an expert witness in Berkshire County in the courts of Pittsfield and Great Barrington.
We have developed a Home Inspection report form which is sold to inspectors nationwide. We have also developed a computer reporting system for home inspectors. Mr. Finn wrote the Home Facts Handbook to explain what the basic functions of various house components and inspected items are.
In addition to being an engineer, Drew has been a full ASHI member for over 20 years, as well as being a member of NAHI and NACHI. He is licensed in MA and CT. He inspects mostly in the Berkshires, including the towns of Great Barrington, Sheffield, New Marlboro, Southfield, Otis, Tyringham, Monetery, Egremont, South Egremont, Alford, Lee, Lenox, Becket, Pittsfield, Dalton, Hinsdale, Windsor, Cummington, Lanesborough, Hancock, New Ashford, Williamstown, Peru, Richmond, Savoy, Stockbridge, Tolland, Washington, Cheshire, Adams, and North Adams. His inspections meet the ASHI & NAHI Standards of Practice for Home Inspecting.
