In 1923, the late Raymond Wilcox founded the agency as Westfield Mutual Insurance Agency, Inc. He was joined by his son, Malcolm in 1937, then his grandson, Scott, in 1962. In 1990, fourth generation Robert Wilcox came on board.

Today, under the Wilcox Insurance Agency banner, Bob continues the mission established over eight decades ago: to seek out and provide superior insurance products, to constantly monitor industry trends and opportunities for our clients, and to offer top-notch service to all our customers, every day, for every question, for every claim.
