I always wanted to be a psychotherapist...
In elementary school I was intrigued with the way that the kids treated one another, even though we were all kids. Why were some kids friendly and some kids distant? Why were some kids quiet and others loud?
Over the past 20 years my career as a psychotherapist has been helping people feel better and function better, enjoy a quality life, develop exceptional partnerships, and to be the best parents possible.
I help people become good problem solvers, after all, life is not always easy and life is a series of problems that need to be resolved. The healthier we are the better problem solvers we become.
Life is like climbing a mountain, not always easy and not always pleasant. We need to gain the skills necessary to handle the changes that lie ahead.
We are social creatures; we need the companionship of others. We all deserve to have a good life; we all deserve to be happy... and my job is helping that happiness happen.
