High Street Therapy Associates offers comprehensive psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, groups, and college students with features that are becoming hard to find in these days of managed mental health care--privacy and availability. John Barbaro, Ed.D., Licensed Psychologist, and Susan Barbaro, M.S., Licensed Mental Health Counselor, are well experienced in the treatment of a variety of common problems--stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life changes (separation, divorce, employment, etc.), women's issues, men's issues, low self-esteem, parenting issues, psychosomatic problems, ACOA, self-defeating behaviors, and issues associated with a history of deprivation and loss, emotional, physical or sexual abuse.
The offices of High Street Therapy Associates, located in a residential neighborhood in the warmth and privacy of a home, provide a comfortable setting for personal growth and development. Therapy is personalized, and each client receives the therapist's full-focused attention. This independent setting allows client and therapist together to set the agenda with the client deciding which issues to work on.
John and Susan Barbaro, each with 25 years of experience, offer caring and personalized mental health services in a comfortable and confidential setting. Insurance is accepted, and for those not covered by insurance, individual fee schedules are mutually determined.
