"LROME"™ - Limited Range Of Motion Exercise
Limited Range of Motion Exercise - LROME™ allows people an extremely low impact strength training regimen with all the benefits but without the jarring motion and muscle strain commonly associated with traditional methods.
LROME reduces the range of muscle motion and focuses on one specific muscle area or group at a time. By reducing the range of motion, muscle strain and injury are significantly reduced.
Dr. James Eldridge of The University of Texas, Permian Basin will be conducting a study on LROME in the near future.

"Cosmetic Training" is a strength program specifically developed to focus on body parts and gender. Some of our clients want specific parts of their body to become tighter.

Few women want larger bodies and we have developed "Cosmetic Training" to tighten specific muscles so they look smaller. Most men want definition and size and our "Cosmetic Training" program is designed for that too.
